- Cancel or no show before trip date 2 days 100% charge non-refundable.
- Children 01-04 years old free of charge.
- Children rate apply 04-11 years.
- Trip is not allowed for senior over 70 years old. Pregnant, Children under 1 year old, people suffering from any medical or physical disability.
- Medical cancellation 50% refund will be issued only to individual named on a valid medical certificate issued by a hospital doctor, submitted within 48 hours without this, the no-show / full charge cancellation policy applies.
- Drop – off different location in Phuket charge 100 THB per person
