Road trip along Phang Nga’s Eastern Coast.

Road trip along Phang Nga’s eastern coast.

Embark on an unforgettable road trip through the captivating landscapes of Phang Nga with Above & Bee-Yound Tours. This journey will whisk you away from the bustling streets of Phuket, taking you north of Sarasin to explore a world of unique wonders. Our tours are designed with your enjoyment in mind, offering flexibility based on group preferences. We can make additional stops along the way to enhance your experience. For instance, you can pause to capture stunning snapshots at Sarasin Bridge, venture left to discover the scenic Tai Muang beach, pay a visit to the poignant boat stranded by the 2004 Tsunami in Khao Lak, or indulge in a delectable bowl of rice noodles with curries on your way back. Your happiness is our priority, and we’re eager to go the extra mile to make your journey memorable.

Our first stop on the Road Trip Along Phang Nga is the enchanting Ta Sai Temple. Nestled by the sea and surrounded by towering pine trees, this Thai-style teak chapel replicates the architectural beauty of Wat Aranya Si in Tha Bo district, Nong Khai. Its intricately carved doorframes narrate important scenes from Buddhist history, handcrafted by master artisans from Ayutthaya. At the gable apex, you’ll find a stunning Indian-style Buddha image carved from white jadeite, imparting the wisdom of the first sermon. The chapel is enclosed by a wall constructed from natural wooden branches and boundary stones carved from white jadeite, making it one of the region’s most precious and visually pleasing temples.

Following this cultural immersion, we’ll proceed to a restaurant with a breathtaking view for a leisurely lunch. Don’t forget your camera – this spot is a photography enthusiast’s paradise, offering a serene family-friendly atmosphere and a 360-degree view of Takua Pa city.

Next, get ready for a unique adventure as we hop on a canoe to explore a 100-year-old Banyan tree forest. This area, often referred to as ‘Little Amazon,’ resembles a lush rainforest. The canal is flanked by ancient banyan trees with branches intertwining overhead, creating a natural tunnel at some points. Along the way, keep an eye out for the colorful and rare hornbills that call this place home.

This day promises a perfect blend of culture, nature, and delightful cuisine. We keep our tour groups small, with a maximum of 9 people, ensuring a relaxed and unhurried experience. Join us for an enriching journey through Phang Nga’s hidden gems.”
